I am so excited you have chosen me to do your hair! I just wanted to share a few things before your hair appointment. •I accept Card & Cash. •I value your time & business and ask that your respect my time and business scheduling. - I ask that you notify me 24 hours in advance of any cancellation, any cancellation with less than 24 hour notice are subject to my cancellation fee. -Cancellation fee is 50% of service if cancelled with less than 24 hour notice. -No show fee is also 50% of service. Your Appointments are very important to me. When you book, your appointment is reserved especially for you. While I understand that life can get crazy and schedule adjustments are necessary. When you forget to cancel your appointment with out giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. If you are running late, Please let me know via direct message on instagram or with the text button on instagram (@hairby.river). If arrival is 15 minutes or alter a $20 fee will be added. I will try my best to accommodate late arrivals as best as I can. If there is not enough time left to complete your full service before the next guest’s scheduled time, you will be asked to reschedule or reduce the services you receive that day. -My 24 hour Cancellation Fee or No Show fee applies to any and all clients who are late and left with not enough time to complete the service. -Please do not wear your favorite shirt to your appointment. I am not responsible for damaged clothing. This rarely happens, but isn’t impossible. Lastly we as a salon like to keep a relaxed environment for you and other guest. I ask that you don’t bring your children to any and all appointment. Special arrangements can be made just reach out to me ahead of time and we will get something figured out.
